Jaunta J. Rudison, founder (1986) and current CEO of Rudison's Enterprises, has over 20 years experience as a high level executive in the banking industry, a commercial loan developer and successful business consultant.

It was during her years in the Commercial Lending Division that Ms. Rudison developed her interest and expertise in business funding. She discovered that more than 98% of small business loans were denied due to poor planning.  The organization has developed seminars, workshops and boot camps to provide business owners with direction and strategies needed to prepare effective Business Plans, Grants and Proposals.  Ms. Rudison has authored the instruction manual used for her trainings. 

The products and curriculum developed by Rudison have been featured prominently in two well-known Chicago newspapers and most recently in the Atlanta area in the Gwinnett Business Journal.  Ms. Rudison graduated cum laude from Northeastern Illinois University, is Six Sigma trained and is very much involved in volunteer activities as an altar worker, prayer line intercessor for a national organization, has worked as a youth leader, prayer line counselor and debate team judge.  She is a Certified Life Coach, Board Member for Action of Faith Ministries and Board Member for Life Empowerment Enterprises.  She will fire you up for the challenge to take you to the next level in your business.

Mr. Saxton is currently President and owner of MiTowne, a company dedicated to helping small businesses in business development, advertising, marketing and sales generation.  Mr. Saxton concentrates his efforts in both one-on-one training and group sales training because his observation is that lack of sales ability is the primary reason for businesses failure.

Mr. Saxton formally was Vice President of eBusiness for the Unisys Corporation.  Prior to assuming his position as Vice President, he was National Director of eBusiness Development.  Before assuming his duties in eBusiness Development, Mr. Saxton was Southern Regional Manager (responsible for 14 states and Washington, DC) for Unisys.  He has worked for IBM in various sales management and corporate management positions; worked for Digital Equipment Corporation as Sales Director for large systems accounts and as Business Development Manager.  Mr. Saxton is an expert in the use of the Internet.  Mr. Saxton has sales and consulting experience, working in fourteen different industries providing him with an depth background of the internal workings of most businesses including Internet based companies.

Mr. Saxton has trained thousands of sales people in the art of making a sales call.  He was an Education Center manager for IBM where he helped develop detailed sales methodologies that the company used in training sales people and sales engineers from all over the world.  Mr. Saxton also developed the Logical Selling Process which provided IBM sales people with a great advantage over competitors.

Mr. Saxton has received numerous awards and citations, including being named Commissioner of Small Business by the Governor of Indiana and invited to the White House to meet with President Reagan as a small business leader.  Mr. Saxton has served as a member of the Private Industry Council, 100 Black Men, board member of over ten companies and not for profit organizations and won the coveted CASPER award in Journalism for his leadership of VISIONS Magazine.  He formally served on the Hamilton Mill Community Affairs Committee and as Chairman of the Education Committee.  At Hamilton Mill, Mr. Saxton has also organized the local teens for the purpose of having well planned teen activities, teen development in organization techniques and contributing and supporting local charities.  Mr. Saxton was also on the board of various booster clubs helping to raise funds to support school activities.

In addition, Mr. Saxton is a member of the Planning Advisory Committee, appointed by Mike Beaudreau of the Board of Commissioners and helped completed the 2030 Gwinnett County Unified Plan.  He is also a member of the Partnership Gwinnett committee working with Gwinnett County leaders on improving the quality of education.  He is also a charter member of the Dacula Lions Club, and a basketball coach in recreational basketball for teens and adults.  Mr. Saxton is board Chairman of the Gwinnett County Library system.  His library responsibilities include running 16 library locations including Gwinnett Technical College.

Mr. Saxton is married to Ruth Robinson Saxton and is the father of two grown children.  He and his family reside in Dacula, Georgia and are active in the community.  They belong to Hebron Baptist Church where Mr. Saxton teaches two Sunday school classes called Newness of Life I & II.  In addition, Mr. Saxton is President and Director of Newness Of Life Ministries, an organization dedicated to discipleship training in churches throughout this nation.  Mr. Saxton founded Newness Of Life Ministries and has written two books (Newness Of Life Discipleship Notebook and Newness Of Life Ministries Teen Guide For Life).  Mr. Saxton is a teacher in the CBMC businessmen's fellowship and a serious Bible student and is most proud of his position as Sunday School Teacher.  Additional information about Phillip Saxton can be reviewed at the following website:  www.mitowne.com.

Eddie Williams

Eddie Williams is a nationally recognized speaker who conducts motivational & keynote presentations on such topics as; Time Management, Productivity, Motivation, Leadership, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, Team Building, Resiliency, Self-Esteem, and several others.

Some of his clients include; US Department of Labor-ETA, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Federal Aviation Administration, AFLAC, Boyce & Girls Clubs of America, Sherwin-Williams, FedEx, Wasste Management, Marriott, Coca-Cola Enterprises, numerous Public and Private School Systems, civic organizations, and industry specific professional and trade associations across the country.

Eddie is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, former U.S. Army Airborne, Ranger, and Green Beret.  After leaving the military, he has held positions of increased responsibility in Sales, Marketing, and Management.  Eddie holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Eddie currently serves as the Commander, Operational Detachment, 911th Support Command in the George State Defense Force (GSDF), a voluntary military organization that assists the National Guard during state emergency situations, such as; search & rescue, hurricane evacuation, and medical emergencies.  During his six years of service to the State of Georgia he has also held leadership positions as the Headquarters Recruiting Officer and the Headquarters Public Affairs Officer.
